 In 2010 Bill  conducted a series of briefiing sessions around regional Victoria  on behalf of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has had articles published in the Austalian Financial Review on the benefits of Family and Private Companies engaging non-family members on their business advisory boards.

 In 2011 he spoke on director's roles and responsibilities on boards at National conferences for Australian Industry Associations

In 2012,  facilitates workshops for a group of  NFPs entities on board member governance and how to hold more effective meetings.

In early 2012 facilitated workshops for rural business owners on behalf of the Federal Government Department of Business on disaster planning
