Directors,  Boards & Mentoring

Many boards of private companies and  NFPs  might be flying blind when it comes to good practice at board level and disfunctional skills sets and behaviour of board members.

More disturbing is that a 2009 survey by KPMG and the FBA states that only 34.4% of private/family owned businesses have a board or formal governing body.

The advantages of appointing a non executive board member are many. Request a copy of my recent presentation to private companies on behalf of the AICD.
